Lymph nodes both side of neck

I had a bad cold end of February beginning of march, and noticed I had multiple lymph nodes up in my neck both sides. 8 weeks later I still have one on my right half way up and neck, and 2 on the left. They are small, I’d say smaller than a pea. I’ve had a blood test which all came back fine at GP, but still worried I’ve seen so many horror stories about lymphoma. Does anyone know if they can last this long??

    I have had mine for just over 3 months now. I have had CT, ultrasound and biopsy and awaiting the results as the first ones were inconclusive. They have found a nodule on the lung, so they will need to keep an eye on that with further CT's. The doctor did say that if the test comes back clear they will look into the possibility of an autoimune disease as that can also cause lymph nodues in the neck to grow.
