It would be quite unlikely that you would get bowel cancer at 40 and that it would start showing symptoms just at the time of your pregnancy and that the FIT test would still be fairly low AND that the doctor would think it looked like hemorrhoids. Everything here sounds consistent with hemorrhoids so hopefully that will be the explanation.

It's a test of your poo to see if there is blood in it. A result over 10 means they have found blood.
