HISTORY
I’ve had a severely bloated tummy for 2.5 weeks, so went to docs after about a week. Initial thoughts were gastro and given meds to help which didn’t. Went back 3 days later and as no change and tummy so distended urgent bloods ordered the next day.

All bloods normal other than CA125 and slightly elevated CRP, last Tuesday.

Internal and external ultrasound last Thursday.  The sonographer didn’t say much and told me results would be given in my gynae appt today. However at the end she did say that there are what look like simple cysts on both ovaries, one could have slight citation (not sure if this is correct or heard her correctly) and I do have fluid.  Not sure where though. Although when she scanned across the top of diaphragm she did say that it looked ok.

Seeing gynae onc at 3pm and to say I’m spiralling is an understatement.

Most worried about distended tummy and mention of fluid.
