Waiting on skin/mole biopsy

Hiya, I have had a mole removed nearly 4 weeks ago, I'm still waiting on results and I know they said it can take up to 6 weeks, I'm thinking the longer it takes the better the news it will be, I was told my mole had features of pseudopods + blue veil melanoma, has anyone had a mole that features this and given the all clear after a biopsy or had a melanoma diagnosis after waiting on weeks for a result.

    Hello VXB, 

    I hope that you won't have to wait too long for your results. They said it could take up to 6 weeks but if you haven't heard anything back after 6 weeks, don't hesitate to get in touch with the hospital to chase these results. I am keeping everything crossed for you for good news. 

    I hope that you will hear from the experiences of other members of our community who have had moles before with similar features and that they will tell you more here on their biopsy results. Waiting for results can be really stressful especially when you are having to wait so many weeks - I thought I would share with you these helpful tips to help you cope while waiting for important news.
