Hi all,

36 year old male here , always had a funny big toenail on my right foot, fungal and split down one side but healed back together, never really treated it last few years. 

4-5 weeks ago I had a smudge like bruise appear on the right hand side going up from the fold in the bottom corner, it's about the size of a 5p and just turned up over night,  it's black and brown similar to a bruise. 

I've got an appointment with the dermatologist this Wednesday. 

I did buy new shoes for a holiday around the time it came up and was on a lads get together but I have no recollection of injury. 

GP referred through 2 week stage to dermo. 

Anyone else experienced similar?
