Hello everyone. Just looking for some possible advice really. For the last 3 years (since getting my 1st COVID vaccine) I have been suffering from random minor headaches that come and go. I've never had any such issues my entire life (I'm 46). The headaches are probably about a 4/10 and move around which is really baffling to me. Sometimes its around the forehead. Sometimes it can move to the back of the head and neck. Sometimes around the ears (a slightly different pain, slightly sore sensation as if someone has hit my ear), sometimes just above the eyes and down the middle of my face feeling like its my sinuses. The issue just seems totally random and often starts in one place, fades away, then starts up in another location later on. Quite often the back of the head and neck is where it seems to start more often, forehead a close second.
This can go on and off, here and there, and can last for weeks, or a month. It eventually stops and I can go months feeling fine and then out of nowhere it will happen again. I wouldn't say its an actual throbbing headache pain but more like a tight pressure sensation that just makes me feel rough and depressed, yet it doesn't actually stop me doing anything. I don't have any other symptoms of anything (hearing seems fine, eyesight fine, no diabetes symptoms, blood pressure is high but not outrageously high, no balance issues etc...).
I did go to the hospital multiple times when this started, they did basic checks but weren't really concerned. All this does make me anxious and obviously I'm always thinking and worrying about it which I know probably makes it worse, I wonder how much might be my own doing with worry.
