Hi, I’ve recently noticed a weird patch on my cheek that I believe to have been there since last year-a few months at least! It was a orange/light brown colour i just assumed it was an acne scar but now it’s turned red. After looking at my skin more now I feel like I can see so many suspicious areas on my face. I’ve also had a few pimples near my eye that haven’t healed for weeks and are sometimes itchy. 
there’s so much skin cancer info online that I don’t know what I’m really supposed to be looking out for! It’s stressing me out a bit. 
I’m gonna go to the gp to get them checked but I’m really nervous and kind of feel guilty I’m taking an appointment just for my “spots” to be looked at.
