Hi ️

I am a 35 year old female and I have had rectal bleeding, bouts of constipation followed diarrhoea, bloating and mild tummy aches for months. I also recently lost a lot of weight, about 4 and a half stone and although I was trying it did happen quicker than expected (about 7 months) and I haven't gained any back now I have stopped dieting.

Anyway I  thought I had possibly had IBS but my Fit came back at 380ug and calprotectin was 57. All my bloods are fine except high creatine. And although technically in range, my WBC, neutrophils and platelets are all on the cusp of being low and lower than previous tests. 

I was wondering if any one has had similar, symptoms and results and what it turned out to be? My colonoscopy is scheduled for the 16th and I am convinced it will be something minor but I just want to mentally prepare for all potential scenarios.
