Hi I had breast cancer in 2020 I recovered from it after having treatment but I'm worried it might be back. I have extreme tiredness, pain in my back and under my right arm and I have been having difficulty with breathlessness. I do know my phosphate levels dropped to 0.3. how do I find out or is their a test they can do.   Currently feeling worried. If any one has advise I would be grateful. X
