Bleeding heavy after 4 weeks of colcospy

Hi just looking for a little advice

I had my biopsy done on 15th feb . Over the weekend we was abroad and did the deed for the first time since the procedure.

im a week away from my period and today sitting on the toilet im loosing quiet a bit of blood and it has like jelly clumps of tissue in it.

is this normal is my scabbing just coming away or do I need to see someone ? I physically can’t get hold of my gps or gyncology
