First time on here !  Iam feeling petrified I am convinced that I have Pancreatic Cancer. I just can’t stop looking up my symptoms

change in bowel habits pain in upper tummy diminished appetite weight loss. I can’t eat because of it which is only making matters worse. Doctors booked me an appointment for a camera down the throat test. I arrived shaking like a leaf only to see it was a 4 hour wait. I went out for some fresh air and couldn’t go back in !! I just came home. I just don’t know what to do now my GP is not going to be pleased with me I don’t know what to say to him.
