I am sorry to hear that you need to have further biopsies. Unfortunately, this does sometimes happen. The ultrasound and mammograms show the lesion  and the doctors can often tell by the appearance of these, whether or not there are  any abnormalities seen. The biopsy then tests the cells to see if there is any cancer present. If the results of the biopsy, do not match up with what is seen with the scans, then they have to do other biopsies, just to make absolutely certain that they are giving you the correct diagnosis. 

I know that the additional wait is frustrating, but it is important that nothing is missed at an early stage, and that, if there is something untoward there, they can identify it, so that they can match it with a suitable treatment. I sincerely hope that the new biopsies will still show as benign.
