Should I see a dermatologist? I have a mole on my arm where the arm bends it looks to me like it is raised on one side red where it is raised with a black dot and if I use flash on camera it looks red and yellow/orange on the photo?
It’s always been slightly raised but not just on one side to my memory and I don’t think it had redness before (not fully sure as I have hundreds of moles already) 

it’s small I don’t want to look silly but I don’t want to just ignore something that could be or might get worse
