I am having an ultrasound of my neck to check my lymph nodes as some suspicious stuff has been going on with them- I thought I would have a follow up with my GP the week after to find out what was going on but as it turns out if there is anything that needs further investigation urgently I will just receive a phone call asking me to come in! Will I be able to get any indication of what's happening during the ultrasound? Even if it all looks okay? Or am I just going to have to hope this phone call never comes?
