Waiting for biopsy results

Hi. Just had letter back from consultant and been trying to make some sense of it.

I have resigned myself to the fact that I have the dreaded but even then when and if I am told it will still be a shock I am sure.

My PSA level in January was 10 and followed up by an MRI scan which suggests PI-RADS 4 lesions.

Prostate volume is 41cc with PSA density of 0.24.

Consulted Dr Google, which being worrier of the year, I know I shouldn't have done as it was total doom and gloom.

Now awaiting results of biopsy which I hasten to add was not of the most pleasant experiences of my life!

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated as to what possible outcome and treatment may be offered.

Many thanks.
