Hi just looking for some advice, 

I am 26 and a few months ago found a lump in my right breast on the side it’s very firm can be tender at times, I just ignored it as I wanted to see if it would change with my periods but my periods are extremely long and I bleed for weeks on end. Also the past few weeks I have been experiencing very sharp pain in my right armpit feels very deep, I had considered maybe it was deodorant(after googling) however it is only in my right arm pit same side as the breast lump.
I have an appt at the breast clinic on Tuesday, my mum passed away age 38 after battling with breast cancer for 3 years.
just looking for some advice on whether anyone has experienced the pain in the armpit along with a breast lump
