You are absolutely doing the right thing in booking a doctor's appointment to have this looked at - it's important to have these skin issues examined especially if there have been changes. Try not to worry though too much at this stage about what it might be and it's impossible for anyone here to tell you what it might all mean but your GP will have the expertise to tell you more and I wish you the very best of luck for your appointment on Friday.
