Starting to wonder if my results have been shipped to the Moon

Hi Everyone,

Still waiting 4 weeks on since I had a wide excision breast biopsy. My journey started back in November and I am starting to feel stressed with all the waiting. I know no news is good news but my patience is wearing thin. Has anyone waited as long for their results?

I try to keep busy, going back to work next week, so that might be a distraction.

I am in Scotland.

This is absolutely fantastic - I am truly delighted for you. I hope that you managed to have a wee celebration tonight. It is not until you've been through this for yourself, that you realize how worrying the wait can be. Was there any reason given for the delay in getting your results?

I was told they were carrying out extensive tests.

This just shows others that, even with a long wait for extensive test results, the outcome can still be good. I really am so glad for you and hope that this will give others hope too.
