I'm sorry to hear about the symptoms you're experiencing and the recent diagnosis of cancer recurrence. 

It's essential to communicate your symptoms and concerns with your medical team, including the consultant who reviewed your CT scan as they can provide guidance on appropriate next steps, including potential treatments, symptom management strategies, and support services available to you.
