Hi, my story is I had a smear test in Nov 2022 which showed severe high grade pre-cancerous cells, I had a colposcopy in December 2022 which showed the same, I was booked in for a LLETZ procedure on 3 Jan 2023, the histology came back clear and I had an appointment to see the consultant a week later, the consultant advised my case had been looked at by the  MDT and they think the pre-cancerous cells may be higher up and they recommended a totally hysterectomy which I had on 28 April 2023, histology came back as normal.  I had a follow up vault smear the end of November 2023 and the results again showed severe high grade pre-cancerous cells and I had a vaginal biopsy on 30 Jan 2024, I've just phoned for the results and they are normal, they are taking the case back to the MDT which is the end of March to discuss next steps.  I'm just so confused about how can the pre-cancerous cells still be showing up but not there on any biopsies
