Please I need help, in the mirror I lifted my arms and saw a wide bump across the hole top of my breasts , it is bigger and more noticeable on the left not a drastic difference. I have strawberry skin more on the left breast and the right breast but it is more frequent on the left, But I have it on my things too and other parts on my body. From the side, its like from the top flat them a bump them it curves in a little then my nipples (which are normal) but I only see this when I raise my arms high up, when I stand regular I don't see it when I put my hands on my hips and flex I don't see anything looks normal it is only when I raise my arms high up and see the little bump. I just want to know is it normal breast tissue because it isn't that hard but you can definitely feel it and it across the whole top of my breasts, almost like a sac is this normal should I be worried. My breasts sag and are flat could just be normal breast tissue protruding out.
