Waiting for results of a biopsy.

Hi, I am currently waiting for results from my biopsy. Ive also had 3 mammograms and an ultrasound which have all come back with category 3, which is why the biopsy was done. The nurse said it was a hard conversation to have because if it had come back as category 1 or 2 it would have been a definite no, if its a 4 or 5, its a definite yes, but a 3 is only a possibility of breast cancer. Does anyone know what percentage of women are told it is a positive result following this? I go back on Wednesday for the results but I'm starting to get myself in a panic. Thank you in advance xxx

    I was told something similar, either no you haven't got cancer, yes it is or we don't know. I was also put into the we don't know category and had to wait for results. Think the waiting is the worst part and causes so much anxiety. Good luck with your results on Wednesday, hope it's good news. Xx
