Hello…. Looking to see if anyone has had similar to me and what to expect please.

Long story short - Started being really poorly in November with right upper quadrant pain, the NHS almost completely ignored me, even though in December I passed a lot of blood, but they sent me away. I was in and out of hospital, Eventually they did a CT Scan, and this showed dilated bile ducts, no stones,  at the end of December they did an MRI, but this hasn’t been reported. Because of how I’m feeling (lethargic and just generally awful, still with an ache in my upper abdomen) I went to a private dr who ran some tests which showed Iron little low, but a positive FIT. 

(they also said borderline low vitamin D, wondering if they’ll prescribe a week in the Maldives! )

They have done another Fit test and I am expecting the results this week…. I tell myself I’m not worried, even though I feel horribly poorly still, and here I am writing this post at 3am!!

Has anyone had this? Can I assume they will do a colonoscopy or something now? Or will that depend on the second test?

Any shared experience/advice would be much appreciated- I just want to feel better now
