Hi everyone, I hope you're well!
In 2019 I noticed a new mole on my face so I went to the Mole clinic and they said it looks benign. I went back in every 6 months just to have it checked out. Since then It's grown slowly but the main factors of concern at the moment is how dark it's gone, the growth & the boarder. They took some pictures via Dermascope and the nurse called me the next day to say it could be premalignant so we should do biopsy.
Anyway I had to book in another appointment for them to discuss what they are going to do next. He didn't seem as bothered or cautious like the other Dr who did my referral. As usual they say 'given your ethnicity, its unlikely to be cancerous but we will do a biospy for your peace of mine'. Cancer does not discriminate...
My Biopsy is next week, I am feeling really nervous I guess. I just did not want to take the risk, this is a dodgy mole and I have that gut feeling. Can't stop thinking about it now!
Sorry, I don't know what I want to get out of this post but just wanted to get out what was on mind I guess.
