Hello. My Son is 11 years old was born with a rare chromosome disorder. He is being seen by infectious disease clinic and soon will have further blood tests. Has anyone experienced low neutrophil levels in their blood that has been as a result of cancer? I am concerned we continue to be fobbed off because of our child’s disability but I want to make sure all the tests needed are carried out. What are the blood tests required and what can help get a diagnosis to know either way for certain?
