Pain in breast

Hi

I have been having breast pain like so bad that even moving around as they move they hurt so much or I can’t lay on my front and even laying on my side can hurt too.

i don’t have huge breasts i feel like they are normal sized (if that’s a thing). I guess for my body it’s normal not too big or not too small.

I can’t feel any lumps however I may have scared myself when I did feel what I thought was a small hard thing size of a penny but since then I haven’t felt anything.

the pain is so bad painkillers don’t help. I do take strong painkillers for endometriosis and adenomyosis.

I feel like I had so much pain the last few months each month is getting much worse than the month before. I did notice the pain for better a few days after my period but came right back 2 days after it had stopped. I’m not sure if it’s just pms or anything more serious which is why Ice been referred to the breast clinic within 2 weeks.

I have my appointment on Wednesday at the breast clinic as an urgent referral.

what kind of thing do I need to expect on this first appointment?
are there any tips to talk to the doctor about this and what I need to say as with my endo and adeno situation I’ve always got to fight to even get a blood test done lol?
Do I need to worry? Like I don’t know what to think based on my symptoms tbh.

Any help thanks
