Waiting for results .

I've phoned the secutary approx 4 times who is extremely empathic and does her best .

She has said this time 

Her colleague emailed the clinician for news on results or next steps .

Email ignored .

So she phoned the clinician directly to ask if she could give an update as the results are there and have been seen by a Dr etc.

Clinician replied to the secretary. I am sending her a letter.

Secretary put a email to her to please hurry as i's taking longer than expected and causing anxiety.

My question is 

Can the clinician actually tell the secutary if it's good news and I've been discharged and that's the letter .

Or 

Is the clinician being quite arrogant and seeing people as just on the system and just waiting?

Or 

Is she not saying anything for a reason?

Crikey I feel so I'll with worry and it's effecting my relationship.

Which is very strong, but the worry oh my.
