Hi all. I had a CT scan to see if my kidney stones has resolved and it picked up that I had a bulky uterus suspicious of adenomyosis and a not typical cystic lesion measuring 4 x 4.4 cm. I have a transvaginal scan tomorrow to characterise.  
the letter says they gyny will contact me after scan 

Should I be worried ?  What should I expect to happen ?
