Urology appointment

6 days ago had a scan on my testes . Sonographer would not give the results he said for legal reasons . Told me to wait three days and phone GP surgery . Phoned GP surgery today and receptionist said GP had already referred to urology . Now panicking that I have cancer . Knew I had a hydrocele . Waiting is horrible with no idea what is happening .

Hi Merfyn,

Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm not sure if you have spoken to your GP to find out more, for example any concerns they have, or when to expect your next appointment. If you are worried and feel you don't have the necessary information, give them a call back.

Otherwise, hopefully it won't be too long to wait for the appointment and to get some answers.

In the meantime I hope the forum can be helpful for you and we're always here if you need it.
