Hi I am a 25 year old female. I had the copper coil fitted back in feb 2023 and I have been bleeding everyday since removal in December 23. ( still bleeding now). On removal nurse said it’s strange to be bleeding everyday. She asked me to get bloods done. This came back raised CA-125 at 58 and low iron at 6 and low b12. I am feeling fainty everyday and have low left hand side pain/uncomfortable pressure. Smear test in nov 22 came back fine. My mother had cervical cancer when she was 27. 
In September I went for an internal ultrasound and I had a 2cm cyst left side. Had another ultrasound today Jan 24 and the cyst is no longer there. Waiting for full results back. I got diagnosed with PCOS in June 22. Wondering if anyone else has been through something similar. I am only 25 at such a young age eveyones tells me it’s nothing to worry about?
