Having a General Anaesthetic, but I wouldn't be able to do it without. 

I had to insist on ga, and I’ve got to be honest was so much easier then thought, the lovely nurses saw my stress and talked to me which was lovely, 1 injection and I was out, woke up all finished have a sandwich and drink and of home I went. Things that are unknown set anxiety running, but was so much easier then I thought

Everyone is stronger then they think they are, you can do this, and the nurses will help you through. The depressants will help ur anxiety they take a good 10/14 days to get in your system whatever helps u is good..be brave u will be looked after xx

I've booked pre op for tomorrow and informed GP that I won't take tablets but have arranged the above. 

I know it won't go away so I need to get it sorted. X
