Could this lump thigh top be just fatty tissue or trauma?  Cause great worry but need to know potential cause pre-medical examination.

Unfortunately no one here will have the medical expertise to tell you what this lump might be but I hope that you have managed to see a doctor about it by now and that you feel a bit more reassured by now. Other members of our community may have had a similar lump at the top of their thigh and I hope that they will be along shortly to share their experience with you.
