There is no way of being sure, until you have some tests carried out at the breast clinic. Of all the people referred to the breast clinic, only 20% get a cancer diagnosis. Not all lumps are cancerous. Many are benign cysts, fibroadenoma or due to hormonal changes. While your CT scan has shown a lump, the only way to be sure that it's not cancer is to have a biopsy. They may possibly do this at your appointment. You usually have 1-2 weeks to wait for the results of this.

I am sorry to hear about the sarcoma and hope that you are keeping well since this was diagnosed.

Hi , I had a CT scan to check I didn’t have a blood clot and they found the lump on my breast then . They referred me to the breast clinic . X
