Positive fit test abdominal pain 2 years

Hi, I've had abdominal right side pain  for teo years, had a fit test September last year was OK had a fit test two weeks ago and it's positive.  

I have constipation , no sign of blood in stools, bit of mucas but the pain is really bothering me as it comes in waves every 2 to 10 minutes , it's the same place as its always been it doesn't move   it's literally a whole hand to the right from my belly button.. 

I.have no real signalling to go to toilet and it stops at the rectum and can sit there for days before I can wriggle to release it. Other times it's sudden and the need to go is urgent. Some.days I don't go for 3 or 4 days then I can go 3 or 4 times a day but with a lot of struggle to get it out. 

The pain in my side isn't wind pain, or it doesn't feel like it, it's short stabby and sore. 

Ct scan last April was clear, due to see a co consultant 12th Jan... fit test came back at 23.  Can any changes happen from April to December?  The pain has been teo years but has worsened more last 6 months . Nausea amd reduced appetite but no weight loss 

Anyone shed any light

    Sorry Boe your feeling so anxious.I have experience positive for tests for two years with microscopic blood.I had the camera out up there and there were some small polos nothing serious serious showing,I was a nervous wreck.All I can say if the Ct scan was clear that’s really positive and I’m not a doctor but reading your your in such pain and you get constapated and find it hard to get your stools out,constipation can be so so painful I had it thought it was equivalant to,appendicitis the pain I got was on the top scale.Have you tried eating or drinking prune juice add food and fruit and veg to your diet that will pass your stools on a regular basis.Ask the pharmacy for a constipation med take it regular and see how that feels as when your constipated all the toxins are in your body not being let out and the blood could be a pile as when you strain we get piles/haemaroids that bleed with the straining .I wish you better as I said I’m on here for different help but saw your post and thought I’d answer you I’m sure someone with experience will answer you but when your anxious it’s nice to be heard,I’m sure your going to be fine just speak to gp they will give your stomach an examination and know constipation and the pain it causes,

    Sorry forgot to say no weight loss is great no appertite could be the constipation due to toxins floating around in you.

    Just had a thought could it be your Apendix but the blood in your stools likely to be straining  always talk to your doctor never leave things

    Hi, thanks for all your info, I have been back and forth to my.doctors alot this year ,  the ct I had was April  and I've had abdominal untra sounds to .  They did a proctogram and it shows I have a mis firing going on with the muscles that help you poop,  and it effects the signalling and sometimes I don't even know I need to  go and it's there !  Other times it's blocked completely at the end and no amount of strain push wriggling will release and it stays there without any need to go, its so weird.  ,

    seems my digestive track somewhere isn't working well as I have sore stomach and reflux to . Feel full after few mouthfuls and bloated  lower bk pain and generally feel rubbish and in pain . had Endoscopy a few months ago and that was horrendous experience and not sure they got to where they needed  but put patient was intolerant , but mybsedation didn't work and neither enough throat spray.  

    I have senacot and Laxido  from gp but doesn't seem to help .

    I think the fit test coming bk positive with all the constant waves of bowel pain and lower back pain makes me think somethings not been seen . 

    How do they check ur small bowel do u know ?

    Hi sorry just seen your message.That’s all very strange the endoscopy’s are horrendous I paid private and had it done my NHS a I smashed my face on the bed cage and came out with a black eye as I was gagging  and heaving,I had the camera up and down four times .they can get a very good insight into anything sinister as they usually take a biopsy whilst doing it.I gave up in the end a year and a half with microscopic blood in stools .I have now been diagnosed with kidney stones all this time later!!! That gives you zero appetite nausea and back pain ,never thought it would be that area.People can have blood in their stools all the time have they checked you for a urinary track infection as if your bowels play up your urine may get infected all to do with the upper track,I’d go round your GPS ask to do another fitt test and a urine sample and ask for blood culture tests they send that to the hospital and do a full blood count  shows infections liver function etc etc ,then push for a uro CT scan that’s what I did hence they found the stones I’m dreading going in tomorrow as there is a small something else showing in there but it’s the not knowing it sends your mind into over drive but the camera would have shown something.x

    By all the tests you have they’ve def checked your small bowel but they can’t leave you unanswered like they did with me .You really have to fight to get things sorted.Are you on acid reflux tablets that helps the digestive system as the acid reflux burns the lining,
