Bowel cancer or stress??

Hi I am being tested for bowel cancer sent of 2nd fit test and waiting. For for the camera up my bum test n I’ve lost stupid amount of weight In last year n pop bout 10 plus times a day some days xx so I had blood tests done and they came bk fine?? I’m confused xx can some one clarify even tho clear blood test doesn’t mean that it cud not be cancer?? Many thanks prayers xxx

    Your symptoms could be caused by lots of things - cancer, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's, a polyp or polyps and probably a load more things I don't even know about and there is no way of telling which until you get the camera test. Cancer is more common in older people, so if you are younger, the other options are more likely. Cancer is possible but it's probably not in the top three most likely options.
