I am sorry to hear about your raised CA125 - try not to worry too much though. As you will see in our information page on the CA125 test, CA125 can be raised for other reasons that are not related to cancer but you did the right thing though in going to the doctor's with these symptoms so that they can be investigated properly. You can read more about what it means to have an urgent referral on this page and it mentions that you will get your appointment as quickly as possible - there is no indication exactly of how long it might take and there might be regional variations and things might be a little slower just before Christmas but ask your GP or nurse when you're likely to get an appointment. I am sure they will be able to tell you more. 

Hopefully you will hear from others here who have been referred for an urgent pelvic scan at this time of year and they will be able to give you an indication of how long the process took based on their individual experience. I hope that you will be seen very soon so that you can enjoy this festive period with your two children. Despite the anxiety of having to wait for tests and results, I hope you can make the most of this Christmas time and enjoy it with your little ones.
