I am waiting on ultrasound however, I had my bloods back Friday and it's come back as raised FSH (39.5) and LH 26. For context, I'm 43, no meno symptoms really that I can think of. I've been bloated around 4mths and had two periods of significant pain earlier this year that we thought maybe gallstones. Later ruled out from a scan.

I am not worried to be honest, I am very much the type of person who would deal with it if it arrives. What I'm curious about is these blood levels. My aunt seems to think these levels suggest menopause full blown. But I've only just this week missed a period. It was 2 weeks early last cycle. I've had horrendous back pain, again sought advice but no physio or ice therapy shifted it. Can FSH be a marker for cancer?
