My first post & hoping to shed some light on my ongoing struggles & problems. 
2 years ago following a virus (not Covid) I had some problems with gastrointestinal pains & change in bowel habits, along with weight loss, general malaise & a few systemic problems (numbness & tingling / brain fog / dizziness / faster heart rate /joint pain) had various tests & scans which ruled anything sinister out (colonoscopy / endoscopy/ CT scan on abdomen/ MRI on spine & various bloods which only picked up an increased Paraprotein (diagnosed with MGUS on watch & wait). Had 2 years of being well, apart from the usual aches & pains when you are in your mid 50s. Then at the start of October I get stomach acid for the first time in my life & am put on Omoprezole. Now, nearly 3 months later & many more tests all my symptoms are back & even worse. I have constant indigestion / upper gastrointestinal pains (pancreas area & liver radiating to back) greasy stools & everything I had before along with swollen lymph glands under armpits. Brain fog & mental confusion. Haematology ran bloods and MGUS stable apart from slightly low lymphocytes. Had another endoscopy all ok, FIT test all ok. Chest X ray ok. MRCP scan on pancreas & liver & gallbladder all ok. CT abdomen with contrast ok. Waiting for test on H Pylori & SIBO, but it’s all getting me down now… I’d love to hear what anyone thinks about these symptoms or indeed if anybody has had anything similar? TIA, Matt
