Breast changes

Hi, I’m new here and just looking for advice or if anyone has been in the same situation. 
I have had 3 children so my breasts have changed. I also have breast implants done in 2016. 
I have noticed I have a new large mole on the side of my nipple which is not defined edges of a circle. A thickening area of tissue within the breast, with the new mole. Also a large vein within the nipple has started to show. 
also I have notice my aerola’s both breast haven’t gotten a lot bigger and on both breast the aerola’s also seem like crusting of orange like spots. Kind of like eczema, I have been using creams. Nothing is helping. Also I have these tiny white spots under the skin of the breasts both sides.
I have called for gp appointment and going in next week. 

just wondering if anyone experienced any of this. My Nan also died from breast cancer so extremely worried.

    Hi as you are worried about your breasts a trip to breast clinic seems like the best route, l would ask for a referral from your GP when you see them. GP’s see so many different conditions they are far from experts on everything. It’s likely to be on the two week wait so you can see them soon,  don’t be alarmed most people are seen that way. 
    Each time I go to the gp with my sore breasts they send me to clinic. Rather than treat the problem themselves. I think l have a season ticket. 
    l hope you have a good weekend with your children and everything resolves soon.

    Thank you for your reply. I had my appointment at the gp today, she has referred be straight away. After examination, urgent 2 week referral. I am very anxious person, and feeling very nervous about it all. With all the symptoms.

    A very warm welcome to our forum.

    I know that this is a worrying wait for you, but you have done the right thing. We are always advised to get any changes in our breasts checked out. We all feel very emotional at this stage, but you will feel better once you know whether or not there is anything amiss.
