I have been on the cerazette pill for over 21 years now and last few months have been getting break through bleeds for a few hours happened 3 times in last 6 months accompanied by stomach and back pain nothing too major more like brownish discharge i am now 50 is this anything to worry about not had a smear in last few years any advice ?
