I'm sorry to hear that you're currently undergoing treatment for vaginal cancer and that you're now having to make a choice about the next stage of things. 

I know that we've had people here on the forum who have had brachytherapy and treatment for vaginal cancer and hopefully someone will post to share their experiences with you. In the meantime, you might like to use the forum search function to look for posts with the term brachytherapy to read about others' stories. 

We do have some information on our website about radiotherapy for vaginal cancer including a section about internal radiotherapy. If you'd like to chat things through with one of our team of nurses I'm sure they would be happy to offer any advice, information, and support they can.
