I went to the GP with 3 enlarged lymph nodes in my groin and 1 in my neck. I was then given blood test and referred for an ultra sound. My blood came back normal and ultra sound showed nothing sinister about the lymph nodes. The lymph nodes are still there and haven't got any bigger. I was told by my GP and doctor that performed the ultrasound they may take a while to go down or may never go down. I understand the waiting is can cause anxiety (I was in your position just months ago). I hope your ultrasound appointment comes soon and your results show nothing bad.

thanks for the reply. Can i just ask, were you the same as me in regards to having no other symptoms as i've had clear bloods and feel absolutely fine otherwise. It's nice to hear someone who has gone through something similar.

I did have slight weight loss but think that was due to the anxiety as i have put on weight since.

but other than that nothing.

ok thank you, sorry last question, what did yours feel like to touch as one is smaller but firmer and the larger one feels 'squishier'

Firm but moveable. Like if I press at one side itll move but go back once i lift my finger.

Hi, I have had the same problem with swollen and painful  lymph nodes in my neck since I had my 1st COVID vaccination in Dec 2020.  I had bloods and an ultrasound scan and they all came back clear.  I also suffer with health anxiety and i was convinced it was something sinister , but my GP told me the lymph nodes were reacting to the vaccine, and I've been back a few times and he always tells me they may never go away.  I've had more COVID vaccines and after a couple of days of having the vaccine they increase in size again.  I hope this helps.
