I have had 2 inconclusive biopsy , one fine aspiration and one core biopsy . Am not sure on the next steps ? Has anyone any experience of this. I suffer from anxiety and this is a huge trigger for me and not getting much help from the clinic .

Hi Lorr123,
Welcome to Cancer Chat. I can understand this must be confusing and I'm sorry to hear you aren't getting much help from the clinic.
It will be your doctor who is best placed to advise on next steps - more tests may be required to get the answers you need, but hopefully you can confirm this with your doctor soon. It's important that you get the information you need, so give them a call if you haven't already and if you're feeling unsure.
You are also welcome to give our nurses a call if you'd like to talk things through. You can reach them on 0808 800 4040 - Monday-Friday, 9-5.
Wishing you all the best,
Ben

Hi Lorr123, the anxiety is crippling isn’t it. I had a core biopsy in my breast which came back inconclusive, was graded B3 indeterminate and I had a surgical (excision) biopsy 2 weeks ago, waiting on my results! I haven’t been able to find many posts on people in this same boat either so please reach out to chat if you want someone to talk to! Lots of love and well wishes x
