Hello Vic-J, 

Poor you - it's easy to drive yourself crazy in your situation - as you say, waiting for results can be agony and it's really hard to resist the temptation to look up "friable cervix" for example on Google when looking for answers. We've all actually done that - resorted to Google in order to understand what is going on but when it comes to health issues, it often only makes us more anxious without giving any satisfactory or reliable answers. If you can, stay well away from Google and try and forget everything you have read there. It won't be too long now hopefully until you get your biopsy results and there are helpful tips on this page to help you cope while waiting for important news. 

Other members of our community will have been in a similar position before and been told they had a friable cervix and biopsies taken as well and I hope that they will be along shortly to share their experience with you. 

Keeping everything crossed for you that you will get some definite answers very soon and that it all turns out to be nothing of concern.
