Breasts feel bruised when pressed

So about 4 weeks ago, I noticed pain in both my breasts when they were pressed or lent on etc. After a week, I went to the doctors, where after a small examination, diagnosed me with Costochondritis. I was in quite a bit of pain for a few days after, along my back and ribs (which fitted with the Costochondritis diagnosis) however this all seemed to go away after a few days.

However, the one thing that didn’t go away was the pain in my breasts (all I can describe it is, is like a bruised feeling when pressing on one area of each breast). I work in a children’s nursery, so children leaning on them, was causing me pain. I went back to the doctors and they gave a thorough physical examination and she didn’t seem too concerned and said she thought it was probably just Costochondritis. I felt a bit more reassured after this, as the examination she gave me seemed so thorough.

However, 2 weeks later, I am STILL having a bruised like pain in one area of each breast when I press them. The pain seems to be on the inside of each breast, just below the Areola (hard to explain). All other Costochondritis symptoms seem to have gone away, yet I am still have the bruised feeling on my breasts. It concerns me cause they are in 2 specific areas of the breasts. However feel I can’t go back to the doctors again, as I have been twice and no one seems bothered. I’ve been told a breast clinic won’t be concerned about breast pain and that my breasts are too dense for a mammogram.
