Itchy left breast at side

Hi all

Just a little bit of advice, for the past two weeks I have had a chronic itchy left breast which looks similar to an insect bite but it isn't, I also have a red spot next to it.  I am waking up through the night with itchiness too.  

Can't feel any lumps but this isn't right at all.

    I would agree with Lara and Rumpelstiltskin. This could well be nothing serious. We are always advised to get any change in our breasts checked out. It is worth doing this, even if only for your own peace of mind.

    Thank you for your warm welcome.

    I had a bit of a scare about 3 years ago and basically the consultant at the hospital said to stop checking my breasts as shouldn't be doing it.  I was so shocked she said that, I walked out in disablief
