Hi there. I am reaching out to anyone on here that may be able to help. I have had a polyp removed which once tested was cancer. I was called back into hospital for a meeting with surgeon. Due to the margins they use they have given me two options one is observation the other is a major operation known as ELAPE. I am really struggling mentally with this decision and am wondering if anyone has had this operation and could give me an idea of how you got on.
