Hi I have the small lump on the back of my head towards the neck. Is hard and completely painless. It’s about 1cm big. It might be nothing but I just can’t stop thinking about it? It is worth be worried about. As right next to it there’s a smaller lump maybe half the size and that one is movable and painful??
