Breast clinic - appointment time

Hi all, new here. Found a lump. Saw Dr, referred for 2ww. Got phone call from clinic with my appointment for this Thursday however I was told that my appointment was for 30 minutes. I was under impression it would be longer. Would anyone mind sharing what they were told vs how long their appointment actually lasted. Thank you xx

    Hi. Sorry to hear of you’re awaiting an appointment too. My understanding is it depends upon your breast clinic at the hosp. Some are one stop shops where everything is done on one apt. Other hospitals have initial consultation, then another apt for a scan etc. mine says allow for 2.5 hours.
