A lot of red blood in urine

Hi, I’ve been on here before as I’ve had problems with blood in my stool etc. Colonoscopy found nothing but I’ve still

had blood and pain here. Anyways yesterday I started urinating bright red blood. Today it’s got even heavier fresh red blood. It’s not my period as I haven’t long finished. It’s painless. Unfortunately I’ve googled and it’s drawn me here. I’m going to choc tonight I don’t know what to think.

    I'm sorry you haven't received a reply up to now - hopefully by now you have been able to speak to a doctor, as they will be best placed to advised on this. Do try to avoid Googling as it is rarely helpful and often only leads to further worries.

    Thanks for your reply, I got seen immediately Saturday night- I didn’t realise it would be a big concern. The nurse was shocked at the amount of blood I think the urine sample was just blood colour. I’ve been really lucky and got an ultrasound tomorrow morning as they had a cancellation. I’m sure they will tell me next steps tomorrow. Is the ultrasound just to look at the kidneys ? I believe there is a different procedure for the bladder ? Thanks so much for your reply.
